How does Raok Online get paid?
A small administration fee of $29.95 per week is deducted from the gross donation made to your organisation. We do not charge a percentage of the amount donated. This fee is charged for hosting the web address for your raok online web site and marketing the site. There is also a fee from Paypal that is pass on ( a credit card processing of 3.3% of the gross donation plus 30 cents per transaction).
Process
What is the process ensuring all funds donated go to my charity?
All charities will be provided with the ability to reconcile all deposits with reports detailing all donations made. Charities can access this information through a password protected account to manage reports and file downloads.
All money is initially deposited into RAOK ONLINE’s agency account which is fully audited yearly.
How RAOK ONLINE works for you
Our core business is fundraising for your charity. We return all donations less a administration fee to your organisation.
The way we raise money for you is simple. Organisations that are granted use of this site receive their own web address www.raokonline.com/yourcharity People who make wishes leave a donation to your charity. The donation is then banked monthly into your account.
All granting of wishes is handled by the RAOK ONLINE and is not your responsibility. Wishes can only be granted if the wish is for a charity, no personal wishes will be granted.
Agreement
To be granted use of this site we ask that you fill in the form below so we can determine your charitable status. When assessing your status we look for correct registration with the appropriate authorities.
Once you have been granted use of this site you will have access to your own RAOK ONLINE web site www.raokonline.com/yourcharity and be able to start fundraising.
With your agreement in place , it is as easy as e-mailing people about RAOK ONLINE/ YOUR CHARITY and promoting your site as you see fit with the media, radio, email etc.
Once an agreement is in place , you will receive an e-mail from us with a login details for your site, directions as to where you can set up your bank account and how to choose your web address www.raokonline.com/yourcharity. Please register your charities details below. You are under no obligation if your registration is accepted.
